• Departmental candidate means those employees working on regular basis on sanctioned post in the G.B. Pant Social Science Institute but does not include employees working on ad-hoc, daily wages or contract basis. • “Government” means the Government of India. • “Non-Teaching Employee” means employee of the Institute other than Institute teachers and other Academic Staff.
